 PRE-PRODUCTION

A thorough pre-production process
ensures that all the right questions have
been asked, all the evidence has been weighed,
and the right lessons have been applied before you
commit your product to production.

This is one of the most important steps in the
development process because it’s the final audit; the
equivalent of crossing the "T"s and dotting the “I”s
before committing a part to production. Features,
details, materials, tolerances, can all have a profound
impact on the cost of a product. A prototype is at 
minimum a working sample, but what you want to
produce in quantity is a product that is smart.
This is the step where a good idea morphs
into a smart one. Our experienced staff
